When choosing the type of packaging, it is necessary to consider several factors:

• the dimensions and shape of the article,
• the structure of the article and its influence on the packaging,
• the method and time of storing,
• the properties of the packed article,
• the planned means of transport.

Producers and users of boxes made of corrugated cardboard often do not have the information about the relationship between the component paper, the quality of the corrugated cardboard and the durability of boxes. Hence, the boxes they use are often too weak or too strong for the articles transported in them. Increasing the durability of packaging always entails higher cost, while too weak boxes can mean the necessity to repack an article or even can cause its damage.

Thanks to a good method of choosing the right type of corrugated cardboard in the process of designing a box, we can produce a product which has particular durability parameters. We use MARTIN*, BOBST* and EMBA* machines in the production of packaging. You can check their technical parameters and possibilities by clicking on the name of each machine.

Our boxes can have a five-coloured all-over or raster print. We can do CMYK prints on boxes and, with our mixer, making a particular colour is not a problem.
